What is good for our people is good for our business.
At Shaheen Automotive, responsibility starts on our own shop floor. For more than four decades we have grown alongside Pakistan's automotive industry, and we believe a manufacturer is only as strong as the people who run its lines, the community around its plant and the environment it operates in.
Our approach to corporate social responsibility is practical: keep every operator safe, keep building their skills, manage our environmental impact, and keep high-value component manufacturing here in Pakistan.
Workplace health & safety
Safety comes first on every line. Our press shop is a designated hard hat and safety glasses area, and operators are equipped with the protective gear their station requires before a single stroke is run.

Training & skills development
Ongoing training is part of our mission. Our team takes part in supplier development programmes run by our OEM customers, bringing modern manufacturing and management practice back to the shop floor.

Environmental responsibility
We work to reduce the environmental footprint of our operations, guided by an ISO 14001 environmental management system alongside our ISO 9001 quality system.

Supporting local industry
Every part we make is a part that does not need to be imported. By manufacturing more than 350 components in Karachi, we help localise Pakistan's automotive supply chain and create skilled industrial jobs.
